This house is situated in Barcelona province on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car safely on private car garage inside of the property. The distance to the beach is 25km. The entrance is on the first floor. Have a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Ground floor: Here you find 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room with fireplace and 2 small patios. First floor: you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. On the backside you find a small chalet with 1 bathroom and the swimming pool and barbecue area. Bach is modern with focus on minor details. The inside is light with a modern atmosphere. Bach disposes of a splendid view the surrounding forests. Bach has a built surface of 190 square meters. You have to your disposal a natural garden. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. This holiday residence is very suitable for families because of the big personal space.

Our house is located in a privileged town, Sant Feliu del Raco at just 30 min of Barcelona City and 45 min of El Masnou a popular coast town where you will find a variety of beaches, shopping centers, restaurants and traditional Spanish tapas bar and an emblematic traditional Catalan vineyard and the famous CAVAS of Sant Sadurni de Anoia at just 35 min of el circuito de Montmelo

At 5 min also you will find Sabadell one of the most important cities of catalunya after barcelona.

    Pool maintenance is doing by a professional company. Schedule sometimes changes and guest have to permit the entrance of the company if is necessary for the pool maintenance.
    Blind are automatic kids are not allow to play with blinds. In case of any damaged the guest will be responsible and repairs it could be charged.
    Kids always have to be accompanied with adults in the swimming pool area. Washer machine don’t need too much detergent the quantity it would be specify.
