The Munt is ideal for large groups of 19-30 people rural farmhouse. It is conveniently located: 40 km from Barcelona and at the same time, in the midst of nature and beautiful views of the pre Catalan Pyrenees. This is ideal for those you want to disconnect a few days in the countryside and with maximum comfort home. spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated spaces is what you will find in the Munt: On the ground floor, a large living room - reception, kitchen - dining room with TV and fireplace, another room and indoor heated pool. On the first floor, a cozy living room with sofas, fireplace, TV, 4 double rooms with private bathroom and a large suite of 80m2 with private bathroom with jacuzzi, terrace and TV. On the second floor, another living room - office with Internet access, two double rooms with private bathroom and a triple and a double with shared bathroom. Outside them they are completely private and very varied. In front of the main facade, a large sunny courtyard ideal for the cooler months of the year; right next to the dining room, a nice covered terrace with comfortable sofas and views of the Pyrenees; large garden with private outdoor pool; porch with barbecue and children's play area with trampoline, swings, ping-pong, basketball net and football goal. Furthermore, all around there is a beautiful forest where you can make relaxing walks throughout the year.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Josep, Ramona y Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
