La CHAMBRE du SABOTIER " est un studio de 18 m² situé dans le quartier où existait, il y a 50 ans, une échoppe de sabotier.

La façade extérieure est constituée d'une verrière type atelier d'artiste. Elle est surmontée d'une guirlande de vieux sabots, glanés sur les routes de France. Et positionnés à l'identique des anciennes échoppes de sabotier.

Charme bucolique et douceur de vivre garantis !.

Ce studio est idéalement située, au pied du Château de CASTELNAUD (200 mètres au dessus), sur un chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle.

Style : mariage d'ancien et de moderne + de tradition et de confort.

Gîte en parfait état : sa rénovation complète a été terminée en mars 2018.

Situé dans la partie la plus CALME du village.

Espace très bien agencé, et studio très lumineux (grâce à sa grande verrière de + de 3 mètres de long)

La commune de Castelnaud (450 habitants) fait partie des PLUS BEAUX VILLAGES de FRANCE.

Niché juste au bord de la rivière, dans la Vallée des 5 Châteaux, Castelnaud se trouve à seulement 10 km de la cité médiévale de SARLAT, en plein coeur du Périgord Noir.
