Bellissima villa nata dalla sapiente e raffinata ristrutturazione di un'antica casa padronale costruita alla fine del 1800 e situata in posizione panoramica sulla cima di una collina con vista sul Lago di Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone si trova ai margini di interessanti itinerari turistici dedicati alla scoperta degli Etruschi e della natura. La città di Chiusi si trova a soli 7 km, mentre Castiglione del Lago ed il Lago Trasimeno a 13 km.

A poche decine di metri dalla villa si trova il 'Sentiero della Bonifica' un interessante percorso ciclo pedonale che collega Arezzo a Chiusi costeggiando il Canale Maestro della Chiana. Il percorso è piuttosto pianeggiante quindi adatto per passeggiate e pedalate per tutta la famiglia. Per gli amanti della natura e del birdwatching invece, c'è l'Oasi di Montepulciano a soli 10 minuti di distanza.

Non sarà difficile rendere felici famiglie con bambini o gruppi di amici in una così bella posizione, combinando a interessanti escursioni giornaliere a delle giornate di relax intorno alla grande piscina privata (dimensioni m. 6x12, profondità m. 1,00-1,60 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) con solarium attrezzato con lettini, tavoli, sedie ed ombrelloni. Inoltre accanto alla piscina si trovano la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna (disponibili su richiesta a pagamento).

Villa Poggio Falcone è immersa in un vasto parco di piante secolari, completamente recintato, dove i vostri cani potranno correre liberamente. A fondo valle si trova la linea ferroviaria che collega Chiusi con il Centro Italia. L'arredamento curato, le finiture interne di buon livello, l’aria condizionata e una ben equipaggiata cucina, offrono la garanzia di una piacevole e rilassante vacanza. Nicola il proprietario vi riserverà un’accoglienza calorosa e vi delizierà con colazioni, pranzi o cene, che potrete gustare direttamente a casa o nel punto di ristoro che si trova ai margini del giardino. PIANO TERRA: cucina con camino, stufa a legna e forno a legna, ampio e bellissimo salone con camino, sala da pranzo che si affaccia sulla veranda antistante la piscina, camera con due letti singoli (unibili) con bagno privato con vasca (scendendo due scalini), camera matrimoniale con letto singolo aggiunto e bagno privato con doccia accessibile in sedia a rotelle, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, bagno di servizio (lavandino e wc), lavanderia e garage.

PIANO PRIMO: con accesso da luminosa scala interna panoramico salone, camera matrimoniale con ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul lago di Chiusi, stanza guardaroba con divano letto singolo, grande bagno con vasca e doccia, camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia.

Dal salone, salendo una bella scala in pietra si accede alla mansarda dove troviamo un ampio salone e una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con vasca.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
