Beautifully situated in a panoramic position in the heart of the Garfagnana, 1 hr 15 mins north of Lucca, Rustico Chiozza is a newly renovated house with its own pool, which is fenced and gated for safety

The house which is on 3 floors, has been sympathetically restored with some beamed ceilings, exposed internal stonework and traditional flooring.Situated a 15 minute drive from the market town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.

On the ground floor there is a small living room with SAT TV, DVD, and CD and a utility room with washing machine. Free WIFI

On the first floor there is a large kitchen/diner - fully equipped, along with a twin bedroom and shower room.

The kitchen area leads out to an eating terrace

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with wonderful views and beamed ceilings.

Outside there is a large open space/garden, with panoramic views over the mountains and a private pool of 9M x 4M. The pool is fenced and gated for safety.

Small living room with sofa, SATTV/DVD/CD/WIFI

Utility room with washing machine

First floor:

Large kitchen diner with great views, open fireplace, eating space for 6.... Kitchen is equipped with oven, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer....Leads to back eating terrace.

Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and shower room

Second floor:

Up wooden original staircase (not ideal for toddlers/small children) to second floor which has two double bedrooms with beamed ceilings and original wooden flooring.

Outside, there is an eating area leading from kitchen and a further eating area on the other side, and an open garden with pool looking out onto the mountains - a real panoramic spot!

The pool is 9M x 4M which is gated for safety.

A little about location:

Situated a 15 minute drive from the market town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana in the province of Lucca, and in a panoramic location is Rustico Chiozza. The closest village is that of Chiozza which is a 5 min drive away and has a shop, bar and restaurant.Just over 3.5km away is the busy village of Pieve Fosciana with all facilities except railway station which is at Castelnuovo.

There are a couple of very good restaurants at Pieve Fosciana and plenty in Castelnuovo.Up in the hills and only a 15 minute drive from the mountain peak village of San Pelligrino, this is a perfect place for those looking for a very peaceful holiday with lots of walking opporunities.Lucca is around a 1 hr 15 min drive away, Pisa 90 mins and Florence 1 hr 45 mins.
