Atlantic Waves is a luxurious and spacious cottage on sea-front. All rooms are tastefully decorated to a very high standard. There are outstanding sea views overlooking Brandon Bay and miles of sandy beaches covering Brandon Point to the Maharee Islands with Mount Brandon to the left and Beenoskee Mountain range to the rear of the Cottage. The house has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and dining area. Separate large living room with wood and peat burning black stove, multi channel tv, DVD & radio. 2 spacious bedrooms en-suite upstairs, one with electric shower. 2 spacious bedrooms on ground floor and main bathroom. Cot and highchair available. Babysitting and Cleaning Service available on request. Towels, Linen & Duvets included in the rental price. Oil fired central heating. Secure lockable shed for storing bicycles, surf boards etc on site. Large garden with Cast Iron Gates and private parking. Free super fast fibre broadband. Atlantic Waves is located 30 km West of tralee Town on the Conor Pass road to Dingle. This is a paradise for windsurfers and anglers especially idea for bass fishing off the coast line of Brandon Bay. This beautiful cottage is on the seafront overlooking Brandon Bay which is famous for all water sports including windsurfing & kite Surfing. This area is famous for Historical and Archaeological Sites, forest & mountain walks and horse riding along the beach. Entertainment, Pubs and restaurants nearby. 3 minute drive to sandy beach. Golf links just 2km. 20 minute drive to Dingle town. Ideal location for touring the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry.

Atlantic Waves is also located on the Wild Atlantic Way which is Ireland's first long-distance driving route. The route stretches from the Inishowen Peninsula in Donegal to Kinsale in County Cork, it offers an opportunity to discover the rugged West Coast of Ireland.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
