This unique property overlooks downhill and benone strand with views of Mussenden temple/castle and Donegal. With picturesque walks around Downhill Castle and gardens located literally on your doorstep. Famous for Games of Thrones which was filmed directly on beach opposite. This spacious 4 bedroom house is nestling in the downhill cove, with its elevated garden overlooking the beach and private parking for up to 4 cars. Downstairs consists of 2 double rooms one with ensuite, 1 twin room and 1 single room with a guest bed if required. The downhill house sleeps 8 comfortable. There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. The living room and kitchen is located upstairs to benefit from the magnificent views. The downhill beach is blue flag beach and is manned by life guards directly in front of house from April to September to insure safety for children. Ideal for water sports i.e. surfers, jet skiers and sand surfers. This also would appeal to young families as Benone complex is a mile up the beach with heated outdoor pools and a 9 hole golf course. For the more professional golfer Castlerock, Portrush and Portstewart golf courses are within easy reach. Also a great location for anyone attending the very popular wedding venue at the Temple and gardens as a 5 minute walk

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
