The Wild Serenity Villa is a luxury private beach house on the cliff side of La Toc, overlooking the enchanting Caribbean Sea. The villa features an eclectic design of rustic Caribbean fusion with its cool, coral-walled exterior and the exotic dark-wood interior. The open-wall style architecture, with 700 ft2 (65 m2) upper deck, lends itself to a peaceful Zen-like flow, refreshing sea breezes, sunset dinners and enchanting views. The infinity pool with privacy fence and lush tropical plants provides a relaxing retreat. All of the extensive decks are newly outfitted with top of the line furnishings.

This luxury villa is airy and spacious. Modern in its amenities and comforts, it features a tranquil “beach house” design and decor with a Lucian flare. The nearly 1 ac (0.4 ha) site has extensive tropical gardens with a large variety of palms and fruit trees, vegetable and herb gardens for your consumption. Fresh caught lobster and fish are available at fisherman’s prices. A daily house-keeper and gardener provide services throughout your rental.

The villa was designed and outfitted by the famous Chef Xavier Ribot from the renowned Coal Pot Restaurant. His top-of-the-line kitchen and the modern entertainment room are nice highlights to this beautiful beach villa rental.

Just a mere 120 steps, through beautifully landscaped gardens and exotic trees, lies a secluded snorkeling cove and small beach. Then, for the true beachgoers at heart, there is the long, sandy beach of La Toc just a 5 minute car ride away, or a 10-15 minute walk. La Toc Beach is where the Sandals Resort is located, so you can also pay to use their services, such as the restaurant or water sports.

St. Lucia’s capital city, Castries, is a 10 minute ride away (with available bus service), offering everything you need with a vibrant market, food stores, restaurants and shopping.

Keep in mind, the 'Cottage' (a separate detached building with extra bedrooms) is ONLY included in rentals where there are more than 6 people. If you are 6 people or less, you have the Main Villa area, not including cottage. Cottage could potentially be rented separately.

Why can't I call Lacy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lacy (the owner) a message.

If Lacy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
