Villa presso la Grotta della Zinzulusa a due passi da Castro Marina e Santa Cesarea Terme. Immersa in una pineta secolare e circondata da un giardino di piante grasse tipiche della zona, si affaccia sul mare da una invidiabile posizione, tale da farvi godere in pieno relax la vostra Vacanza.

La piscina ci permette di soggiornare nella villa o in alternativa a circa 200 metri vi è una discesa a mare nei pressi della Grotta della Zinzulusa di facile accesso.

La villa è costituita da un corpo principale e un Bungalow:il corpo principale è composta da ampia cucina abitabile,disimpegno \ lavanderia; ampio soggiorno/pranzo openspace con accesso diretto sulla terrazza esterna vista mare, TV satellitare; 1 camera da letto matrimoniale vista mare, 1 camera da letto singola vista mare; 1 camera da letto doppia, tutte dotate di ventilatore e aria condizionata,1 un bagno con doccia, WC

Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice microonde,e possibilità di avere il lettino da campeggio per bambini.

Il Bungalow è composto da: soggiorno/pranzo con angolo cottura; 1 camera da letto Matrimoniale con aria condizionata; 1 un bagno;

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
