Villa Meris, a Castro Marina, è una piccola villa circondata da un bellissimo giardino di 1200 mq terrazzato con accesso diretto sul mare. La villa può ospitare comodamente 6 persone.

Gli affitti sono settimanali e vanno dal sabato al sabato sucessivo..

Non sono ammesse più di 6 persone.

COMPOSIZIONE: 2 camere (una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli), soggiorno con due divani letto, cucina, bagno.

DOTAZIONI: Entrambe le camere da letto sono dotate di climatizzatori e di zanzariere alle finestre. Nel soggiorno c'è la TV collegata ad antenna satellitare (solo canali free con decoder sky); la cucina è dotata di fuochi, forno, lavastoviglie, frigo, freezer. Nel bagno c'è una grande cabina doccia e lavatrice. Nella casa è disponibile una connessione ad internet con wifi.

All'esterno si trovano un'area attrezzata per barbecue e una doccia. La villetta è dotata di un parcheggio scoperto privato con 3 posti auto con cancello scorrevole per l'ingresso all'abitazione.

In dotazione per gli ospiti ci sono biancheria da camera (lenzuola e federe), asciugamani e biancheria da cucina (tovaglie e canovacci).

La villetta è stata ristrutturata in tempi recentissimi (2011) e tutti gli arredi sono nuovi.

L'accesso al mare è direttamente dal giardino agli scogli con vari punti di accesso in acqua.

Villa Meris, in Castro Marina, is a small house surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden of 1200 mq with direct access to the sea (rocks). The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

THE ROOMS: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two twin beds), living room with two sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom.

FACILITIES: Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on the windows. The living room is connected to satellite TV (free channels only), the kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine.

In the house it's available a wifi internet connection.

Outside there is a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. The villa has a private outdoor parking with 3 car seats with sliding gate for the entrance to the house.

Provided to guests there are bed linen, towels and kitchen linens.

The villa has been renovated in recent times and all furnishings are new.

Weekly rates are inclusive of gas, water, supply of towels, sheets and towels and final cleaning.

The Villa is located on the seafront of Castro Marina and is close to the town's main square with shops, bars, restaurants, services.

    If Michela e Fabrizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
