Bonito apartamento, muy luminoso, moderno, nuevo, con 2 terrazas, piscina, jardín, zona de juegos, en urbanización muy tranquila y muy bien situado, a tan solo 10 minutos del centro y a 7 de la playa. Dispone de cocina completa, un gran salón con sofá-cama de 135cm, 2 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con 2 camas, baño completo y aseo. Garaje en la propia urbanización y con acceso directo desde el ascensor incluido en el precio. WIFI gratuito.

Dispone de todas las comodidades y servicios para pasar unos estupendos días o vacaciones (ideal para ir con niños o en pareja), en una de las mejores urbanizaciones de Castro Urdiales, con una gran piscina y un amplio jardín para disfrutar de los días de sol.

El piso es de 2 habitaciones, amplio, destacando el gran salón con acceso a una terraza con vistas al mar, la habitación principal con colchón viscoelástico y con acceso a una segunda terraza, otra habitación de 2 camas, también con colchones viscoelásticos, una cocina totalmente equipada (nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, microondas, etc. Baño completo, con bañera y un aseo más.

WIFI gratuito.

Y dispone de numerosos servicios, como el menaje, sábanas, toallas, cazuelas, sartenes, tostador, batidora, plancha, secador, aspiradora. etc.

Con garaje de acceso directo incluido en el precio, muy a tener en cuenta, ya que Castro Urdiales, así como, casi todas las zonas turísticas, tienen zona azul de aparcamiento, es decir, de pago.

Una de las cosas más valoradas por los inquilinos son sus terrazas, la del salón con unas muy buenas vistas al mar y a la piscina, con Castro y su bonita iglesia de fondo, y la otra con acceso desde la habitación principal, muy soleada y con vistas a la montaña.

Es una zona muy tranquila y a menos de 10 minutos del centro por un bonito paseo donde se pueden ver los restos de la antigua ciudad romana de Castro Urdiales (Flaviobriga), en concreto, parte de su acueducto.

Y está situado a unos 7 minutos de la playa de Ostende, aquí sí, con numerosos bares y restaurantes y un precioso paseo marítimo hasta el centro del pueblo.

A 5 minutos de supermercados, comercios, farmacias, centro médico, paradas de autobuses, etc.

A nice and clean flat , ideal for 4 or 6 people. Great for a friend or family stay. Not far from the town centre. We arrived really late at night and Jose Luis was really kind and welcome us so late.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose Luis (the owner) a message.

If Jose Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
