Azure is a beautiful 3 bedroom property with private pool that has an enviable elevated position with uninterrupted spectacular views down to the Mediterranean Sea and Kyrenia with the backdrop of the mountains behind. On a small private development of only six villas.

The villa is situated approximately four miles east of Kyrenia. Conveniently placed between the villages of Catalkoy and Ozankoy which offer a wide variety of restaurants and local shops. The Catalkoy riding school is just below the villa and the nearest sandy beach is just a five minute drive away.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable on booking. Please note that the villa will not be taken off the market until this is received.

A receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by return. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your start date.

A fully refundable breakages/security bond of £150 is required. This will be returned to you within 10 working days after the end of your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection by our property management team.

The villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard.
The sitting room has a quadruple aspect which maximises the natural light and offers cross ventilation.
An open fire place and travertine floors which both compliment the ground floor.
The dining area has views to the mountains, as does the fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

The master bedroom upstairs has three feature arched windows with stunning views. A king-size bed, bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobes. The large en suite bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bed side tables, dressing table and fitted wardrobes, with two windows which look out to the mountains. Bedroom three has two single beds, bedroom furniture and fitted wardrobes with three windows again looking to the mountains.

There is a door on the landing leading to the roof terrace which offers an alternative sun bathing area, or better still and evening drink.

To the west is the view of the remains of the famous and ancient Belapais Abbey, said to be the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus. A fantastic site when illuminated in the evening.

There is Air-conditioning at the villa and we have a weekly allowance of 350 units.

There is a large private overflow swimming pool, ( a slight gradient from 1.5 to 1.7 metres), accessed by steps going into the pool.

For your relaxation sun-loungers with cushions, tables and parasols are provided, there is also an outdoor pool shower for your convenience.

The pool can be illuminated in the evening with underwater lighting.

BBQ with food preparation area and lighting, patio area with table and chairs, (under a covered pergola), for that al fresco dining.

At the rear of the property there is a covered pergola with rattan sofas for your comfort.

Terraces to the front and rear of the villa accessible from the 5 patio doors, all with lighting for the evenings.

Mature gardens to all sides, driveway parking area and a stone wall surronds the property with a gated entrance. There is a small children’s fun fare approximately 500/600 metres from the villa. The fun fare caters for children in the age range of 4 - 10 years therefore the rides are low intensity and relatively low volume.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
