The property is located in an eighteenth century building in the historic center of Catania, 6 km from Fontanarossa Airport and 5 minutes walk from the harbor, landing place of ferries linking Sicily with the mainland. The holiday home is an excellent solution for those who want to stay for relatively long periods in Catania. The beautifully renovated apartment is located in a strategic position, in fact, is located close to several places of historical and cultural interest such as: the Villa Pacini, Ursino Castle of Frederick II, the characteristic of the Fish Market, the Duomo di Catania , Palazzo Biscari and the adjacent Museum, magnificent example of baroque style in Sicily, the Elephant Fountain designed by architect Giovanni Battista Vaccarini the house of Vincenzo Bellini known Catanese musician. Furthermore, the company is located in the vicinity of the public transportation subway station through its lines makes an excellent service that serves all neighboring provinces. Even the trade fair organization the chimneys is easily accessible. Rooms have TV, air conditioning, individually decorated, some with antique furniture and original carvings on the ceilings. The house has four double bedrooms with two bathrooms, large modern kitchen and dining room coffee and Hifi.

How do damage deposits work?
