This is a comfortable house in Normandy restored very "Cosy" Its quiet atmosphere is pleasant. You can admire the panorama of the valley Ransom via the small paths that crisscross the hill whose color changes with the seasons. Passenger access The house will be reserved. A living / dining room with large fireplace in which to relax. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom and toilet. Kitchen open to patio / veranda loft area upstairs consists of a bathroom and toilet, a bedroom (1 person) office, a bedroom (2 persons). Mezzanine with elliptical to maintain your form The area to its geographical location in a small Norman village, you can discover the rich regional heritage between land and sea / land and history: -Rouen within 30 minutes, its cathedral, Place Jeanne d'Arc, the old market, the small streets of the historic center, restaurants, museums, the antiques district. -The Normandy coast, beaches, cliffs under an hour: (Cabourg, Etretat, Deauville, Honfleur, St Valery en Caux, Veules roses, Dieppe, Tréport) -The loops of the Seine. -The Road of cottages, -the Marais Vernier, -The Abbeys (Jumièges), St. -Martin Boscherville St Wandrille. Ma maison a une âme, c'est une maison de famille ouverte pour accueillir des voyageurs. On n'est pas dans le gîte impersonnel , alors bien sûr il y des affaires qui me sont personnelles mais soyez honnête un dressing au RDC et un autre à l'étage sont consacrés aux voyageurs. Quant à la vaisselle, elle correspond à une famille de 6 personnes et le lave vaisselle est fait pour être utilisé chaque jour. Un membre de votre famille m'a dit souhaiter revenir l'an prochain, c'est que ces personnes ont apprécié le charme de la maison

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucie (the owner) a message.

If Lucie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
