Cette ancienne écurie de 200 m² vient d'être entièrement rénovée pour vous assurer des vacances paisibles alliant le charme d'autrefois avec son auge, ses voutains et carreaux de ciment et tout le confort moderne dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous.

Le Mas : Grande pièce à vivre de 80 m², salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée (four, micro-onde, frigo américain, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, bouilloire...).

En Rez-de-chaussée : 1 chambre avec salle d'eau privée.1 wc

Etage climatisé : 4 chambres spacieuses (2 lits doubles 160, 1 lit 140, 3 lits 90); 2 salles d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, 2 WC, un espace lecture.

La cour sans vis à vis : piscine privée au Mas, sécurisée pour vos enfants, des espaces détente avec transats pour nos 10 hôtes, barbecue, table repas sous une pergola.

Une dépendance extérieure avec salon, grand jacuzzi privé au Mas pour des vacances détente, douche et WC.

Stationnement gratuit de plusieurs véhicules dans la cour. Wifi

Ce gîte est ouvert toute l'année (avec chauffage central en hiver).

L'atout principal du logement est la tranquillité des lieux.

Les fêtes et soirées ne sont pas autorisées afin de respecter la tranquillité du voisinage et la quiétude du lieu. Merci de votre compréhension.

(Possibilité de louer deux gîtes côte à côte suivant les plannings pour une capacité maximale de 17 personnes ; 5 chambres dans le Mas du petit chemin et 3 chambres dans le Mazet du petit chemin).

Le centre du village de CAUX est très proche (200m) avec différents commerces de proximité (épicerie, boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie...). Vous serez sensibles au charme de ses ruelles autour de son clocher. Les randonneurs pourront faire de belles balades dans la campagne environnante. Chaque vendredi un petit marché sur la place du village avec produits régionaux.

La ville historique de PEZENAS se trouve à 10 mn en voiture, plusieurs échoppes "MIRONDELLA DEL ARTS" rendent cette ville attirante et atypique. Un grand marché au coeur de la ville chaque samedi.

De nombreux site à découvrir classés au Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco dans les environs : Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Moureze, St Guilhem le Désert et sa Grotte de Clamouse, le Canal du Midi (9 écluses de Fonsérannes), Sète...

Nous sommes proche des plages : Vias, Agde, Valras, Marseillan...

Une dégustation de coquillages vers Mèze, Bouzigues...

La ville de Montpellier se trouve à 45 mn avec une autoroute gratuite A75.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karine (the owner) a message.

If Karine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
