From the owner

The house / apartment is located in an old stone house in the center of Cavtat and near the Kljucice beach, which is one of the favourite beaches in Cavtat.

House has private entrance.
The first floor of the house is divided into an Air-condition large living and dining area , a small fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle and all you may need during your stay here.
Living area consist of TV-sat and fold out sofa capacity for two. Here is also one larger bathroom with a shower and washing mashine for your needs.
Living and dining area have access to a large balcony with a view of the bay and plenty of seating, table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or have a nice and relaxing dinner in the open.

Further in the coridor there is a staircase leading to the second floor with two Air-condition bedrooms. One of them with double bed and one with two single beds which can be put together. Each bedroom has got private bathroom with shower and water heater.
The bedrooms on the second floor have access to a lovely balcony offering spetacular sea and harbour views.

In front of the house there is a large sunny garden, where you can enjoy with family and friends in a stunning view.
Private parking place is available on the main Cavtat parking area 300m from the house.

All the rooms and the living room are air-conditioned and unlimited wireless internet for free.
We provide baby cots, iron, ironing board and hair-drier for free.
In the price also are included all the taxes, use of towels and linen.

There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) .

We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience. We also offer taxi services and organizing trips.

Local transport is excellent, and car hire is not essential, but should you wish to hire a car we advise that you book in advance for the best prices.

Excellent accommodation and situation. Very friendly family. There were three of us and we had a bathroom each! Breakfast on the large balcony was great, as was the view!! Well recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marina (the owner) a message.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
