Description

APARTMENT RINA 1 is situated in place Cavtat. It is a small, charming place , mild climate, rich vegetation, beautiful beaches and bays. It is situated some 20 km far from Dubrovnik where you can go by car, bus or by boat. Bus to Dubrovnik goes every 15-30 minutes and bus stop is just 80 m from apartment.

In front of the house and in center Cavtat you have long promenades through dense pine forest, by the sea. Also there is other promenade by the sea just in center, with many great restaurants (fish and meat), many bars and shops, also live music in the evening, fishermen parties with food and drink in the evening….
You can also find big water sports offer as surfing, banana, jet sky…
In Cavtat center you have everything you need during your stay: bank, post office, shops, doctor, open market with fresh vegetables and fruits, pharmacy, ATM… There is also diving center, tennis courts and fitness center… You can make boat excursions to the islands nearby and take a boat to Dubrovnik.

Apartment is on very quiet and peaceful location,beach is just 10 m from apartment

“Beautiful views and perfect location”

We found this studio/apartment to be spotlessly clean, had constant hot water and the most comfortable bed ( king size ) we have ever slept in. Knowing Cavtat, and as this was only a short break , we chose to stay here for its location and the view pictured from the balcony. The location was indeed perfect ( no steep road to trudge up at the end of the evening ) and the view...well views...from the balcony were truly stunning. Just one photo cannot take in all the eye can see. Such a magnificent sight to wake up to each morning We had only one favour to ask and that was given freely with a smile. Certainly intend to return here on our next visit to this lovely place.

How do damage deposits work?
