This beautiful, new apartment with a lovely sea view from its balcony, is located in the hearth of Cavtat, just 60m from the beach and all the main attractions Cavtat has to offer.

The property is well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the centre.

Apartment consist of a large bedroom with a double bed ( very large bed size 200x200 ) , a spacious and light living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the dishes/cutlery you might need for your self-catering stay ) , a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and a sea view balcony with table and chairs for four persons.

There is also sofa bed in the living room which can be used for 1 adult sleeping or 2 children.

All the towels, bed sheets etc are provided.

Washing machine on request!

Covered by free wireless internet, LCD-TV, air-conditioned, this place can suite all visitors in seek for well deserved vacation and tranquility.

High standard apartment offers comfort and great location with a beautiful view to the Cavtat Bay.

Museums, restaurants, grocery shops and all you might need is only few meters away.

One parking lot for your car is available for free just in front of our property.

There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season.(bus no.10, bus station Cavtat ).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
