This beautiful, rural style, villa is located near Dubrovnik airport, in quiet village of Mocici. With airport a minute away, beach 2 minutes drive away, this villa provides peace and rest to its guests, just a step away from all major locations.
Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, spacious living room and kitchen and big garden with swimming pool.
Each room has satelite tv and it´s air conditioned.
Main entrance is from a private parking on north side of the villa. Once youenter downstairs is living room, kitchen and exit to garden with swimming pool. Living room, dining room and kitchen occupy entire ground floor. Living room has tv with satelite tv installed so you can enjoya selection of over 1000 tv channels. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the devices needed. Oven, 4 ring stove, microvave, dish-washer...,basicly all you need. Property is fenced so you have full privacy. Garden is facing south and sun is shining all day long. Around the pool there is enogh space for chairs. Pool has also jetted tub installed.
Upstairs from mainentrance are the bedrooms. All bedrooms are for 2 persons, 2 with xl doublebeds, and one with2 single beds. All are facing south, and the room on the right has a beautiful balcony.
There are 3 toilets inside the house, 2 in bedrooms and one downstairs.
This villa is located in Konavle. Konavle is reminiscent of Tuscany, with it's rolling green hills, speckled with traditional little villages. Visit local restaurants in the valley that serve meat specials and trouts, or go to Cavtat(2 minutes drive) and enjoy seafood. There are all sorts of daytime acctivites in Konavle like horse riding, atv safari, jeep safari, wine tasting, traditional dances show each sunday, water sports in Cavtat...
An easy drive is Dubrovnik, and you can enjoy its history and entertainment, a number of ferries depart from there to nearby islands, as well as the National park, on the Island of Mljet.
Montenegro border is 10 minutes drive away and we suggest visiting bay of Kotor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucijana (the owner) a message.

If Lucijana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
