There is a convertible day bed in the living room, excellent for guests who don't want to deal with stairs, with curtains that can be drawn for privacy and drawers under the bed.,.
All beds have 'Shabby Chic' linens and quilts, and down comforters.
There is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath upstairs, and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower downstairs.
Additionally, the master has a small en suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The living room features comfortable sofas and arm chairs, a wood burning stove, stereo system, flat screen with hundreds of channels from UK Sky and French Orange Satelite TV. We have plenty of board games for interactive guests (scrabble, monopoly, chess, checkers etc).

The kitchen is extremely well stocked, satisfying the most expert cooks. There is plenty of cutlery, plates, glassware, saucepans, salad bowls etc for any imagined meal.

There are two fridges, one in the kitchen and the other in the laundry room just across the lawn, which is ideal for storing drinks and wines.

The gardens are extensive with plenty of areas for quiet repose. There are solar lanterns and garden lights to show the way to the pool at night.
The pool area has a fence around it and a childproof gate. In the pool cabana there is a seating area for a 6 people, whilst they enjoy watching the sun come up whilst sipping their morning tea or coffee.The saltwater pool is heated to 28 degrees from the beginning of June until the end of September.
There are 6 sunbeds around the pool and 3 parasols.
There is a hammock in another part of the garden, under tall pine trees, and of course the roofed seating area to the side of the living room is a lovely spot for cocktail hour, where the heat of the day, gives the perfect excuse to sample the local wines.
There is a ping pong table at the back of this area (placed in the garden for the summer months).
Three bikes are parked this area also with helmets and locks.
A wood burning or charcoal barbecue has been built in o an old wall in the garden. All tools are hanging close by for the perfect evening meal cooked "al fresco".
