Wake up to the beautiful palm tree and ocean views of Coral Beach Villa in Bamboo Bay, Cayman Brac. The sun, surf, and natural beauty of Cayman Brac will delight your senses and rejuvenate your soul. Cayman Brac is a short 30 minute flight from Grand Cayman, but a world away from the traffic and crowds of the main island

The villa comfortably sleeps 2-8 people in 3 king bed master bedrooms, each with a separate ensuite bathroom. For maximum privacy, the bedrooms radiate out from the central living space. If you need more room for additional family members or friends, simply add the adjacent one bedroom cottage for 1-4 more guests. Unlike other properties on Cayman Brac, our cottage is only for use by villa guests that require more space, and will not be rented separately during your stay. Inquire re: cottage rates

At Coral Beach Villa, you can always count on exclusive access to all the villa amenities, including the pool and deck area. Approach the villa along the private winding driveway, enjoying views of palm trees and lush, tropical foliage. Delight in the 2 ½ acre property and stroll the rocky coral beach looking for seashells or treasure



Large Pool Deck and Spa


Live and play outdoors with over 2000 square feet of deck space. Unwind on the Bali daybed in the shade of the gazebo and take in views of the waves, the pool, and waterfall spa. Teak chaise loungers are the perfect spot poolside to stretch out and enjoy a good book 

Rinse off in the open-air glass mosaic shower while taking in the Caribbean Sea view. The pool features curved bench seating at the shallow end (3 ft) and a tanning ledge at the deep end (5 ft), so there is ample space for relaxing in the water and cooling off on hot days. Stargazing exists on a whole new level on Cayman Brac, due to the lack of light pollution. At night, turn on the spa and marvel at the abundance of stars twinkling in the night sky as you bubble your cares away



Room for Everyone


Villa features 3 king bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The Garden King bedroom has room to add 1-2 single beds, or can converted to 2- 4 single beds, based on your needs. For larger groups, simply add the adjacent 1 bedroom Cottage to sleep an additional 1-4 guests



Culinary Delights


Prepare meals while taking in the view of the pool and Caribbean Sea. The granite kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar with four barstools, super fast induction range, ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven, convection toaster oven, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. An outdoor propane BBQ is also available to prepare your catch of the day. Choose to dine indoors or outside under the large covered patio



Entertainment


Villa comes equipped with wifi, Netflix, Chromecast Ultra streaming in all the bedrooms, and wireless Bose sound system. TVs are set up in each bedroom to stream content from your own devices using the Chromecast Ultra system. Chromecast Ultra streaming and a selection of classic favorites and kid’s DVDs are provided in the cottage. A desk area with sea view is available for those needing to get a bit of work done. Past guests have commented on the fast speed of the Internet service, with multiple devices connected simultaneously, ideal for working or streaming a movie online

Villa is accessible for guests using a wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid. ADA standards are employed for entry into the villa, the pool deck, garden bedroom and bathroom, including gradual ramps, 36” doors with lever handles, level entry shower access, handheld shower, right-height toilet, affixed grab bars, and pedestal sink

Our local property manager will take care of you from start to finish of your vacation. You will be greeted in person at the Cayman Brac airport and escorted to the property. He will wait for you to stock up with groceries and beverages on the way, then guide you along the main road in Cayman Brac to the villa. Once at the villa, you will get a full tour of the property and amenities, so that you will feel at home right away. Our local property manager provides concierge service to guests, quickly answering any questions that come up and offering helpful suggestions, including booking assistance with boating/fishing excursions. In addition, a detailed Villa Information Book is provided. Just call or email us for a quick and helpful response

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joy (the owner) a message.

If Joy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
