From the owner

Situated in the rural French countryside surrounded by wanut groves, fields and streams. This is the "foody" area of France as well as being an area steeped in history with many castles, caves and chateaux to visit. Great area for cyclists, hikers or just sightseeing.

This three storied cottage of approx. 120 sq.m, set in the grounds of an ancient mill house is cozy, spacious and accommodates four in two very comfortable bedrooms. A full kitchen, sitting room, dining area and cloak room with shower on the ground floor.(approx 35 sq.m.)

There are French doors opening out into the garden and courtyard area.where one can enjoy sundowners, meals or just relax in the warm sun. Wonderful open-plan living.

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, which houses a large bedroom (queen size bed), walk-in cupboard and full bathroom with shower, toilet and Victorian bath. (30sq.m.approx )

The cozy second bedroom and en-suite shower are found on the third level. Double or twin beds by arrangement.

The open courtyard area adjacent to "Rouge" is an ideal spot for casual dining and relaxation or take a stroll along the stream in the garden of the Main Mill house or enjoy exploring the fascinating villages, markets, castles or caves in the surrounding areas.

How do damage deposits work?
