The apartment is located in the small and silent village of Arpili, in the Iceland of Cebu.

In the village you can find beautiful trees and a great view of the mountain, the local beach is only 15 minutes away (walking distance).

Our very accommodating and helpful staff, wants to meet you personally. Me and my German wants to spend vacation every year and stay for only 3 months there.

RULES: 1 Please handle all appliances, furnitures and other items in the unit with care.

2. no smoking inside the unit. However, you can smoke outside but please ask my care taker to Asian dont throw your cigarette butts anywhere.

3. Let US all try and help our mother nature by turning off all lights and appliances when not in use.

4. Please look after your belongings while staying at the unit. Please keep your valuable items safe and secured. The host is not liable for any losses and damages.

5.laundry service: 250 pesos per washing.
