My place is located at the tallest building in Cebu. It is in the central district area ideal for personal, leisure and business functions. It is close to almost everything you need like restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bars/clubs, hospitals/clinics, department stores, etc. It is fully furnish with an HD TV, air-con, kitchenette, microwave and a high speed internet suitable for a couple and 1 or 2 kids.

The unit is very cozy and refreshing to your senses. With colors to ease your exhausted eyes when stressed and comfortable queen sized bed with pull out single/double sized bed for extra persons to lay down after a day's work, it will be an ideal place to stay in. For the guest's convenience, our place is filled and provided with classic furnishings and urbane interior designs. We also have a 40" High-Definition LED TV with an android box that can delight your taste for a variety of movies, channels, shows, music and internet-surfing needs.

In addition to these conventional resources, we also have a wifi internet so that you can connect to the outside world while staying comfortably in our own cozy place. There is also a dining table and a kitchenette complete with cupboard, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction stove, rice cooker and other kitchen utensils which is perfect for your cooking and dining experience.

How do damage deposits work?
