1936 house fully restored preserving the original facade. It stone and chestnut wood combined. Located in an environment with exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and a unique sunsets. It consists of ground floor with spacious dining kitchen and bright. In addition to an annex where the living room from which you can contemplate the Atlantic Ocean and its sunsets. And with a bath. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single; one with a double bed. There is also a full bathroom. And in the second an open attic where there are 5 single beds. It has two outdoor porches. One front, with outside to enjoy the ocean views and dreamy sunsets sofas. And another quieter rear featuring barbecue and dining area, also with an outside garden.

    Buenas tardes. Gracias a los comentarios de nuestros clientes podemos mejorar, por lo que agradezco su comentario y le doy las gracias por la parte positiva que me corresponde, pero me causa sorpresa en cuanto a las cosas a corregir , que no coincide con el comentario dejado por usted en mi libro de huéspedes, que textualmente dice " ... por poner una queja, algunas almohadas eran un poco blandas". Me veo en la obligación de aclarar dichos puntos. 1.- En lo que se refiere a la devolución de la fianza, el plazo lo fija la página siendo responsabilidad de ella y totalmente ajena a mí. 2.-Estamos en una zona afortunadamente privilegiada, como usted bien dice, en cuanto a vistas y tranquilidad. Como zona rural que es nos podemos encontrar con diversidad de animales (perros, gatos, caballos, jabalíes,... y, lamentablemente, con el calor alguna que otra mosca). 3.- La fecha de inauguración de la casa fue julio de 2015, estando equipada con mobiliario, cristalería, loza, electrodomésticos, colchones, almohadas, etc, totalmente nuevos, y siento que estas últimas no fueran de su agrado. 4.- Siento también que no valorara el valor añadido de dejarles detergente de la lavadora, lavavajillas, gel,... servicios que normalmente se cobran a mayores en alquiler íntegro de casas vacacionales, así como también la barbacoa que les ofrecí (la cual no quedó en las condiciones en la que estaba antes de su uso) y la leña que les regalé. 5.- La hora de entrada es a partir de las 16:00 y la de salida a las 12:00, y como viajera que es, sabe que esa es la hora estipulada por los servicios hoteleros, y si usted quisiera salir después tendría que pagar un suplemento adicional (check-out), y en ningún momento les presioné ni les pedí un euro más, todo lo contrario, les permití el uso de la cocina y las demás instalaciones hasta las 17:00 que se marcharon. Lamento profundamente que interpretara vigilancia por mi parte, pero es inevitable que no nos veamos por cerca de la casa ya que vivimos a escasos metros y tenemos huerto y terrenos cerca. No obstante, fue un placer tenerlos como huéspedes y quédense con lo bueno, yo así lo haré respecto a usted. Gracias.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Noel (the owner) a message.

    If Noel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
