.Affitto elegante nuovissima villa arredata e corredata in residence a soli 70 m dal mare , a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ,splendida città normanna.

Il residence dispone di una grande piscina ed una più piccola per i bambini,sorvegliata da un bagnino aperta nei mesi estivi dal 1 /07 al 15/ 09 . Le piscine si trovano a soli 100 metri dalla villa

. Le spiagge sono private e accessibili solo agli ospiti del residence:una di sabbia ed una di ciottoli.

La villa dispone di ottime finiture ed arredi ed è distribuita su tre livelli .

Al piano terra: un ampio salone con salotto, divano letto,tv,,zona pranzo, cucina e bagno ,aria condizionata e riscaldamento.

Al piano inferiore si trova la prima zona notte,fresca e luminosa con due camere da letto , due bagni di cui uno in camera.Inoltre vi è un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, altro divano letto ,lavanderia e due terrazzini; aria condizionata e riscaldamento.

Al piano superiore un'altra zona notte con una camera da letto con aria condizionata e riscaldamento;ampio disimpegno,un bagno con vasca ed un solarium .

Grandi spazi aperti con un curatissimo giardino di 400 m, due patii, gazebo, mobili da giardino,cucina esterna , doccia esterna , barbecue , due posti auto riservati.

In totale dieci posti letto comodi più lettino bebè.

Non è possibile rinunciare a visitare le isole Eolie con la possibilita di ammirare lo Stromboli spesso in eruzione Vicina a cittadine di interesse artistico e culturale con resti archeologici di sicuro interesse:Castelbuono,Santostefano di Camastra famosa nel mondo per le sue ceramiche. La villa è stata costruita per le nostre vacanze familiari, per tanto sono stati curati tutti gli accorgimenti nella struttura, nell'estetica,nell'arredamento,e nel corredo. La manutenzione è corrente;il giardino è curato.

Gentile Ernesto, ti ringrazio per le belle parole che hai speso sulla villa e sul posto. il fatto che fuori dal residence vi siano ville ancora in costruzione e che anche nel residence ve n'è qualcuna in via di definizione non toglie nulla alla bellezza delle altre ville Il Wifi vi è stato sempre garantito (con le difficolta' della zona). Come è scritto nell'annuncio, la piscina resta aperta dal 1 LUGLIO AL 15 SETTEMRE. Mi dispiace che non hai letto l'annuncio. mi consola il fatto che hai apprezzato la villa , il residence ,il posto e Cefalù. ti auguro tante altre belle vacanze. Cari saluti.Andrea

Ringrazio per le belle parole ma è doveroso precisare che nell'annuncio (come è facilmente riscontrabile) è precisato che la piscina è aperta e sorvegliata dal 1luglio al 31 agosto.anzi , per questo anno l'apertura è prolungata al 15 settembre. Il piccolo ballatoio che è un po' più basso del livello del giardino è protetto da un muretto basso con una serie di vasi a protezione.(vedi foto).Comunque Grazie per i consigli

Ringrazio per le belle parole di apprezzamento per la mia propriet� e per Cefal�. Vorrei solo precisare che la camera da letto del piano superiore, nella parte pi� bassa � di altezza regolare mentre nella parte pi� alta (visto che il tetto � spiovente) � pi� alta del normale, come si pu� evincere dalle foto, per tanto non � una mansarda.Per ci� che attiene alla temperatura al piano inferiore, le camere sono state sempre apprezzate dagli ospiti precedenti, comunque ringrazio e terr� in debito conto le preziose considerazioni. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
