L'appartamento "Mare&Venti" si trova al primo piano della casa "L'Isola", situata in una delle caratteristiche vie del centro storico di Cefalù. L'immobile, recentemente ristrutturato nel rispetto della originaria architettura locale, dispone di altri due appartamenti ( "Zagara" e "Corallo" ) indipendenti e ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, per un totale di 6/7 posti letto. Tutti gli ambienti della casa, pur conservando il sapore dell'antica abitazione, sono dotati di ogni comfort (aria condizionata/pompa di calore, videocitofono, cassetta di sicurezza, internet wi-fi libero, Tv, piano cottura due fuochi, frigo-congelatore, microonde, asciugacapelli), e sono arredati con gusto ed eleganza in uno stile che rispecchia perfettamente lo spirito del luogo.Comune agli appartamenti la lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. L'appartamento "Mare&Venti " dispone di camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone, bagno con doccia, zona pranzo con angolo cottura.

L'appartamento è concesso in locazione breve (art. 1571 Cod.Civile - art.4 D.L. 50/2017). Nel prezzo d'affitto sono compresi i consumi di luce, acqua, gas, Internet e pulizia finale.

Why can't I call Pina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pina (the owner) a message.

If Pina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
