ABOUT THE SPACE

The master bedroom offers a king bed with premium bedding. After a day in the parks, sink into the relaxing comfort of a soothing soak in the bathtub, located in the master bath. The queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living area offers sleeping accommodations for two more people. An armoire with large, flat screen TV and DVD player provides down time entertainment.

The kitchen offers a full-sized stove and oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster and blender. Tableware, cookware, utensils, cutlery, and necessary linens are all provided for your convenience.

The second bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, also with premium bedding, bed table, and ceiling fan. Each bedroom provides a TV for individual viewing pleasure.

Dining options abound with a huge variety of restaurants just minutes from your cozy villa, but if you don’t want to spend all your money on restaurants, your gorgeous home away from home is equipped with a full kitchen and groceries can easily be gotten from the diverse selection of supermarkets less than a mile away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
