East Neuk Haven is a deceptively spacious first floor property forming part of a traditional stone building just a few hundred yards from the bustling harbourfront of Anstruther. With three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen size beds), a family bathroom and en suite shower room, spacious dining kitchen and an extensive, well maintained garden with large decked area to soak up the sun, it really is a wonderfully quaint place to spend your holiday. Its location lets you immerse yourself in the quiet of a traditonal fishing town, with both Cellardyke and Anstruther harbours reached in moments, yet be close to many local attractions. St Andrews is a short 15 minute drive and there is an abundance of golf courses close by, including some of the most famous in the world!

With the coastal path just steps away, watersports and some wonderful restaurants in and around the village (and of course fish and chips!) it's a great choice for those looking for an active holiday. For those looking for a more relaxed break the garden will not disappoint; a decked area for al fresco dining, large lawn for sunbathing or playing games and a tranquil space at the far end to enjoy the late evening sun makes it the perfect place to relax.

East Neuk Haven welcomes dogs by prior arrangement. It can comfortably accommodate four adults and up to six guests if the group includes children under the age of 12.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
