From the owner

We think that we‘ve thought of everything to make you feel like your at a home away from home. If you like to cook, the kitchen is equipped to take advantage of all the beautiful seafood and vegetables that you can find at the local fishmongers and farmers markets. Won‘t have to fight traffic to get anywhere. The country roads meander through the villages and beaches of Centerville, Osterville, and Hyannis port. Open the French doors and enjoy the indoor outdoor space that almost makes you forget that you need to use the bikes or walk the few minutes to plant yourself on the white sand and seashell covered beach. No constant Shartivity alerts here in these warm waters of Nantucket Sound.

Craigville Beach is part family Beach with beach concessions (Breakfast before you head out onto the sand, Clam roll and ice cream at lunch), and part private secluded and quiet. Depending on which direction you walk.

Go one way out the front door and you'll end up in Osterville and Centreville. Shops, restaurants, gourmet grocer, wine shop, bakery.

Go the other, and find the Center of Hyannis with the most available amenities on the Cape. Shopping, a few movie theaters, the ferries out to the Islands, many restaurants, bars and coffee shops

We‘re Justin minutes away from the ferries out to the islands.

A pizzeria and general store are within a few hundred feet of the cottage.

The Cottage itself is really private. Just recently redesigned in a way that makes it like a high end suite at a luxurious hotel. Sleeps 2 in the bedroom, which has the right amount of storage to bring the basics that you'll need for the time that you stay. The Bathroom is like a spa, has a walk in shower, and a soaking tub if you should feel like taking a bath.

The Kitchen is stocked thoughtfully with all you'll need to cook and serve romantic dinners for the inside or outside dining areas. Make an afternoon coffee with the Nespresso machine and sit somewhere in the inside outside living area that connects to the secluded back deck.

We have two bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler. All you'll need to take with you to enjoy the days at the beach.

Theres a cozy couch and watch movies and relax evenings or on rainy days. Theres internet and the TV is equipped to sign on to whatever streaming platform you like.

We are truly proud of the property that we‘ve created here, and hope that you will come spend a week with us during summer/Fall or any time of year you feel like having a beautiful getaway to amazing Cape Cod.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eric and Frank (the owner) a message.

If Eric and Frank (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
