As you drive down the secluded 500-foot driveway off Main Street, you'll catch a breathtaking view of a modernly constructed home built around a windmill built in 1881. As you enter the main door, the expansive kitchen to the left invites you.

This luxurious property has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for 12-14 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 5,000 square feet of living space, making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family, an offsite business meeting or group of close friends looking for the ultimate Cape Cod beachside & pool experience.

You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's beautiful cape interior, extravagant furnishings, cozy wood touches & an elegant stone fireplace. Massive windows throughout the home provide views of the lily pond on the property designed by Frederick Olmstead, the landscape architect for Central Park, Arnold Arboretum & more.

The welcoming home has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including wireless access, central A/C, & a new heated pool.

There are 2 flat screen TVs with Amazon, Netflix, Hulu & 100 channels to appease your entertainment needs.

Nestled into the side yard is a private, heated pool perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim after a day at the nearby beach. The heart of Centerville village with Four Seas Ice Cream, The Country Store and the sugar sandy beaches of Nantucket Sound are just steps from your front door. Visit and fall in love with this special, romantic property.

There are six bedrooms - two with king-sized beds. The master suite has a gorgeous bathroom & is on the first floor of the Windmill tower. Another king sized room has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom, available crib, a wide screen TV & ample additional space. You can see images of the remaining bedrooms including the room with 4 bunk beds. The property is an amazing place for families, for family reunions, celebrating a family wedding, for girl's weekends, and it can be a terrific business meeting location.

You won't be disappointed with the amenities:

PLACES TO GATHER - there are 5 separate locations to gather on the first floor -- the outdoor wraparound porch with seating and table, the 12 seat dining room table, the TV area with two couches, a separate seating area close to the dining room and of course an excellent kitchen with counter stools is the final place to gather.

CLOSE TO THE BEACH – you can choose to walk to the white sugary sands of Craigsville beach or drive the ½ mile and park for free with our provided parking permit.

HEATED POOL -- when you get home from the ocean, take a dip in the heated pool and use the outdoor shower to refresh yourself.

FAST INTERNET / FLAT SCREENS / COMPUTER AND PRINTER – We have a 150 Mbs service – 2 flat screens with all streaming services including Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. Plus over a 100 channels to select from. And there is an office on the second floor of the windmill that has a chromebook, large screen monitor, and printer

KITCHEN - You will find a very well equipped kitchen with all the essentials - starting with a coffee machine / a large number of coffee filters, 4 slice toaster, 5 burner high-end gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are utensils galore and all the pots and pans you need to feed your group.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES -- As owners come here to enjoy the house and love a well-stocked kitchen - you are welcome to use any condiments, flour, sugar, etc, rather than having to fuss with the extra expense and bother of purchasing them on your own. We will have all the necessary ingredients to make pancakes (except dairy) - flour, sugar, vanilla, etc. There will also be a number of spices, olive oil and other basics for your cooking.

PAPER SUPPLIES / LAUNDRY – some vacation homes limit your supplies – we are generous to a fault with paper towels, toilet tissue and detergent for the washer and dryer.

MAKE YOUR OWN SMORES - and YES we even provide a supply of marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars

NEW PING PONG TABLE -- in the large partially finished basement.

And perhaps the most unique attraction of them all is the 4 STORY WINDMILL around which the home is built. On the second floor of the windmill, there is a round office. Take the winding staircases up to the fourth level with panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. The memories of your stay will linger for years to come.

Use the expansive yard and ROPE SWING. And challenge your group play CORN-HOLE skills with our new set.

The LANDSCAPING is gorgeous, the lily pond is a delight to view and you can just relax in many secluded places inside the home, the wraparound outdoor porch that overlooks the lily pond or the new pool area with ample seating.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
