This 3 bedroom apartment is one of the 5 apartment in our family owned apartment complex. Our family has 40 years experience of renting apartments for tourists from all over the word. From father to son the main goal of our business is to provide you a comfortable, memorable holiday where you feel honoured under our hospitality.

Although the apartment is only 7/8 minutes walk from the beach and the popular Albufeira Old town (which is famous about the beautiful Fisherman beach, night life, bars and restaurants) is it still quiet and peaceful. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Lidl and Aldi and only 8 minutes walk from Pingo Doce and Continente supermarkets. Taxi ranks are also only 8 minutes walk and the green and blue city bus lines are stops at the end of our street corner.

The 5 apartments are sharing a 10mx5m long and 2.1 m deep swimming pool, and a washing machine room with irons, ironing boards and clothes baskets.

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample double sofa bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen LCD television.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking to the terrace.

SLEEPING

With one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping, the apartment is ideal for families up to 8 person.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels, DVD player is available upon request, Internet Access WiFi (free).

The bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside tables with lamps. Patio door leading to a balcony.

BATHROOM 1 - (Ensuite)

The bathroom has walking shower with overhead shower, wc, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, wall mirror.

The bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror. Safe.

BEDROOM 3

The bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps.

BATHROOM 2

The bathroom has a cabin with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, wall mirror.

All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

TERRACE

Leading from the living room is the private terrace with grill and furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. chairs, 1 table and sun umbrella.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexandre (the owner) a message.

If Alexandre (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
