A sea view apartment in an excellent location close to Fisherman's Beach and the Old Town. There is a lounge/dining room with WiFi, satellite TV and patio doors leading to a magnificent terrace with a great sea view. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with access to the terrace. And one bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning. The natural saltwater swimming pool has barbeque facilities, sun all day and views of the Sea and the Old Town. Guests with cars have the option to park right outside the condominium, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Fisherman's Beach and to the Old Town Square.

Albufeira:

The Algarve is sunny all year round with winter temperatures ranging between 16 - 22 C and summer temperatures ranging from 23 -37 C. Because of its climate is a popular winter destination for tennis players, walkers and golfers. The Algarve is famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches that stretch the entire coastline and its stunning golf courses. Golfers can play on courses only 10-30 minutes drive from the apt, then return to a town centre with a huge selection of bars and restaurants just 5-7 minutes walk from the front door.

Albufeira is at the heart of the Algarve with 7 km of blue flag, golden sandy beaches and a vibrant old town centre. Albufeira is a holiday destination for all age groups and families. The sandy cliffs fringed with white-washed buildings and Mediterranean vegetation overlooking wide avenues of beach make spectacular scenery whilst the leafy town square, sea-front restaurants, bars and entertainments, shops and historic sights mean there is always some place to go or something to see. What's more, all this is only a 600 metres or 6-7 minutes walk from the front door of this apartment.

Fabulous view of the Old Town and beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and really is a home from home. Location is perfect - close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the Old Town.
