Tastefully refurbished typical Algarvian beach front cottage, with air conditioning, large roof terrace with swimming pool, affording fantastic sea views, close to Albufeira old town.

Cosy, bright and colourful typical Algarvian beach front cottage, with superb sea views, located in the heart of Albufeira, just a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of the picturesque city centre (old town/square), with mini-markets, restaurants, pubs and live shows.

The house was completely refurbished to a high standard, but the typical Algarvian style, with ornaments at the front, wooden windows and doors, were preserved. The centre is a patio with dining table and shower, from where a staircase leads to a large roof terrace with pool and pergola, affording magnificent sea views.

All bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have air-conditioning (heating and cooling).

The small road between the house and the beach is closed for traffic (except residents).

We regret to hear that our reply to your email came across as abusive when it was not the intention. The review contained a series of complaints that if addressed during the stay, would have been solved and a much better experience provided and after your final email, we believed the issue was clarified which is why your review was not posted. You state the issues reported did not affect the stay, however, pictures were taken during the said stay that instead of being sent immediately to management were kept for later use. We genuinely believe the outcome would have been different if we have had the chance to provide the service we have accustomed our guests with. We sincerely wish you all the best. AHR Team

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
