STUNNING MODERN CENTRAL ALBUFEIRA APARTMENT

This Stunning Albufeira holiday apartment offers comfort, style and a spacious, luxurious stay for holidaymakers visiting the beautiful Algarve.

The apartment complex is located in the well situated and tranquil Parque da Corcovada, and is a short walk to the centre of Albufeira, the award winning white sand beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia surrounded by beautiful cliffs and rugged coves and the vibrant strip with its multiple restaurants, shops and bars.

It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms- one of which is ensuite, a large kitchen with all modern appliances, an open plan sitting and dining area. There are 2 balconies- 1 of which is south facing and sun soaked all day and is perfect for enjoying the fantastic weather and al fresco dining looking onto manicured gardens. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the complex and lead to 2 refreshing swimming pools. There is a video entry system to the apartment, an elevator and access to secure allocated underground parking. Beautiful lakes and hills are an hours drive to the North and there are over 30 golf courses in the Algarve, with 6 being within 13kms.

This apartment is just a 2.5hour flight from London to Faro, and a only 40min transfer from the airport to the apartment- so it really has the perfect location. The apartment complex has had fantastic reviews on Tripadvisor.

Why can't I call Preya (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Preya (the owner) a message.

If Preya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
