The penthouse is located in central Albufeira within walking distance from all amenities. The property is situated in a small complex close to the Albuferia beach and the old town.
The penthouse is on the top floor (3rd floor), the property is accessible by an elevator and stairs, which are both directly located outside the main entrance to the penthouse. The elevator is also accessed from the underground private car parking where guests are allocated their own parking bay.
It is located directly across from the Boavista Hotel where you may dine or use their facilities.

The complex consists of 20 apartments in a quiet condominium located in a residential area.

The complex has a CCTV phone entry system for peace of mind and security.

It is the perfect spot for lounging, reading a book while taking it easy and soaking up the sun. The terrace is fitted with a pergola to the side of the penthouse offering more protection and shade from the sun. The terrace is south facing and has the sun all day it is completely private and not overlooked. All patio door off the property opens directly onto the terrace area. The terrace comes equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and an outside shower.
This sets it apart from other apartments that tend to have small cramped balconies.
Fishermans Beach & Old Town
This property is ideally located in the heart of Albufeira, just a 10- minute stroll to the local Fisherman’s Beach, the Historic Old Town where you will find many bars, restaurants, outdoor concerts, and various entertainment.
Marina - Water sports
It is also just a 10-minute stroll to the Marina where you can enjoy many water sports activities. No need to hire a car as everywhere is within walking distance.

The property has been described as “home from home” quoted by previous guests. It has been decorated to a comfortable standard. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality.
Master Bedroom - King size bed with en-suite and shower. The bedroom has double doors which opens onto the terrace overlooking the sea.
Second Bedroom - Two single beds with a further pull out bed the room is bright and also has double doors opening onto the terrace with beautiful sea views. Each bedroom is fitted with sliding full length mirrored wardrobes with lots of hanging and storage space.
Main Bathroom - Consists of bath, shower, vanity sink unit, bidet and toilet.
Air Conditioning & Heating Units
Air conditioning and heating units are fitted throughout the property. These services are optional and must be booked in advance a fee will apply.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need, a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and breakfast bar. The terrace is also accessed from the kitchen area by sliding doors for ease of access for outdoor dining.
Living Room
The living room and lounge area consist of an L shaped sofa, two armchairs, coffee tables with lamps for comfort lighting.
Wi-Fi & Internet Service
The Wi-Fi and Internet network has been upgraded to 500 Mbps. The network offers fast internet speeds giving excellent signals around the apartment. Multiple devices can be connected at once and maintain speed.
The apartment is also fitted with a Wi-Fi SuperBooster system which extends and optimise the WiFi coverage and speeds so that all rooms receive strong Wi Fi signals.
It's ideal for guests who wish to work remotely in a secure safe environment. The Wi-Fi service is optional must be booked in advance and a fee will apply.

Intermarche is a Supermarket located just beside the complex (5 mins walk) they are open Monday -Sunday, 8.00 am - 20.00 hrs they also have a coffee and sitting area.
Apolonia Supermarket
Apolonia supermarket is based in Gale, Albufeira; it is similar to “Marks & Spencer’s “ supplying lots of European type foods. They offer an online shopping service which has proven quite popular with our guests so you can place your order online and have them delivered directly to your door.
