This plush one-bedroomed ground floor flat in central Bath is chocolate-box chic. It now has a new Owner who has refurbished throughout. Therefore those who have loved staying there, and were upset to see it come off the portfolio, will be pleased to see it back on and with a new look. Located within an easy level walk to the high street and a very convenient car parking space by the front door. This smart development continues a run of handsome Georgian bath-stone terraces with meticulous attention to detail. Awarded 4 star gold by the Tourist Board.

The front door leads directly into a wonderfully bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living room furnished in shades of charcoal grey and pale blue with thick cream carpets and tempting details. A smooth and seamless cream and granite kitchen has every mod-con; A gas hob, electric oven, an integrated microwave, a large fridge and separate freezer, a small dishwasher, a combined washing machine and dryer and plenty of sparkling crockery and cupboard space. A sumptuous sofa to relax into after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of historic Bath faces a brand new smart TV. The dining table seats 4 with ease.

The sofa can be made into a comfortable sofa bed .

A generous hallway with oodles of wardrobe and storage space leads to a smart contemporary bathroom with a deep bath (with shower over), basin and wc. The soft centre is a luxurious bedroom with cast iron king size bed, elegant furniture and built-in wardrobes and storage.

Out the front of the property is a private terraced area with table and chairs to accommodate 4 people.

An allocated parking space for 1 car is provided directly in front of the property. Alternatively the Bath Spa train station and bus station are located a 10-15 minute walk away.

There is a plump cream sofa and TV with CD and DVD. The dining table seats 4.

Convenient car parking space for one car by the front door. There is also a small private seating area outside by the entrance to the apartment to with table and chairs for 2.

Further along Bathwick Street is a convenience store with off-licence, a scrumptious deli, hairdressers and several nearby pubs. There is also a newsagents tucked in Daniel Mews. It is a very pleasant stroll into town along Great Pulteney Street, Henrietta Street or through Henrietta Gardens with famous Georgian Bath architecture evident all around.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
