Set in the lower ground floor of a grand Georgian terrace in the city centre is a huge comfortable garden flat for two. You can hear the cheery bells of St. Mary's church ring out above and light floods in from tall sash windows. At street level, you can glimpse Bath Abbey, and be there or at many other historic sites in a short walk through some outstanding architecture. There is a parking permit for 1 car for holidays completed by 23rd August 2022Summary

There is a sunny courtyard at the entrance with a well organised kitchen under the vaults on one side and a living area on the other. The kitchen has lots of cooking equipment and a selection of books that will make your mouth water. There is an electric hob, an oven and microwave along with a fridge and separate freezer.

The living room and dining room is bright and spacious. There is a table to seat 4 and 2 comfy leather sofas. There is a TV and DVD with an extensive collection of movies and a selection of books.

The large Victorian style bedroom has an original decorative fireplace, large sash windows looking onto a peaceful little private courtyard and a romantic 5' king sized brass bed. There is plenty of storage.

There is a separate utility room at the rear of the flat with a washing machine, sink and lots of cupboard space. From here you enter your private courtyard which is a quiet haven in a busy city. There are two outdoor chairs and a small table.

Up a broad flight of steps is a newly renovated bathroom in 2014 with bath (with shower over), hand basin and WC.

The property comes with a parking permit allowing you to park 1 car on the street out front or on neighbouring streets. Alternatively the Bath Spa train or bus stations are a 15 minute walk away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
