This is a very spacious villa good for 6 people. Main living room, kitchen and toilet are on the first floor; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony are located on the second floor.

Outside Villa:
We have a large private garden overlooking Bodrum bay. A large garden table with 6 chairs and a barbeque is provided. We like flowers and to keep the garden green. A gardener takes care of the garden but you're more than welcome to water the plants too. Our villa has a private entrance door and space, so you do not see anyone if you don't want to. In case you rent a car, there is plenty parking available right in front of the villa and it is free.

Neighbourhood:
Our quiet neighborhood is a peaceful oasis from the bustle of the town. This is a multicultural compound and everyone respects your privacy. Our neighbors know we are working with FlipKey and they are very polite.

The compound has a shared swimming pool. It is very well taken care of and clean. There is a toilet and shower for the guests as well as sunbeds and shades are available all the time. It is open from 6 am till 11 pm.

I'll likely greet you and check in on you occasionally to make sure you have everything you need. You can always knock on our door for anything - even to chat. Otherwise you may not see me much as I tend to give our guests privacy.

Location Location Location. One of our many advantages why you should stay in our villa. We are very close to Bodrum Center yet in a safe and quiet compound. There is no traffic noise around. The villa is overlooking Bodrum bay and at night you can enjoy the lights of Bodrum.

There are loads to discover in Bodrum Peninsula but these are the closest to our villa and must be seen during your stay:

We are very close to Bodrum and Gumbet beaches, restaurants and nightlife. You can hire a boat in Bodrum Marina to explore Bodrum by sea. During your stay should you need any assistance, I will provide all the information you need.

Transportation is very easy from the villa. The famous Blue Buses stops at the back door and takes you to Bodrum and the Peninsula for 1 Euro. If you like to take a taxi, it operates 24 hours a day. If you like to explore Bodrum by walking, we will provide you with the best routes. I email the address, phone, coordinates and transport from the airport details a week before your stay so we have plenty of emailing.

Why you should choose us?
Location, hygiene and hospitality. You can find places with better locations in Bodrum. But hospitality is something that I'm proud of as a host. As I'm a local I like to share information with my guests as long as they need. My guests can reach me anytime by knocking on my door, giving me a shout, phone or Whatsup.

Why do I rent?
My greatest hobby and business is to produce olive, olive oil and organic fruits and vegetables. From spring to autumn, I stay in our farm house which is very close to Bodrum instead of Bodrum villa. Meeting with guests from all around the world and that interaction is awesome. I include our products in your Welcome Basket but you're always welcome to visit the farm too.

No indoor smokers, drunks and drug users.
It is always possible to leave your luggage should your flight arrive early or depart late.
