App. 4 beds, kitchen, living room and bedroom in old town beautiful apartment, bright and quiet, in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo and Santa Croce.

Apartment of approximately 65 metres, bright and quiet, is composed of a fully-equipped kitchen in a large living room with double sofa bed, a bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has been entirely restored the floors are wooden and have all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, LCD TV, free wifi and cable Internet, air conditioning, heating, safe, kitchen full optional, supply of linen for the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The internal distribution is enough to guarantee the privacy of all visitors and is designed to easily accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building located just across from the Galleria degli Uffizi, the most famous Museum of Florence.

The apartment ' della Signoria is the ideal solution for those wishing to visit Florence being situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by historical buildings, monuments and museums.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elisabetta (the owner) a message.

If Elisabetta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
