This luxury two bedroom / two bathroom apartment is ideal for those wanting to soak up the sun, be within a short walk of all the amenities that Lagos has to offer and is also ideal for golfers, sailors, or those coming to the new Autodromo which is just 15 minutes' away.

The apartment itself is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and has two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool, to make the most of the Algarve sun. Serviced by a lift, and with disabled access into the building, the apartment is suitable for the less mobile. The children's play area is next to the pool, and is protected by locked gates, making it a safe environment for children.

The apartment has both wifi and UK TV.

The apartment is entered via an impressive and large entrance hall, from which the living/dining room, kitchen and bedrooms/family bathroom are accessed. The apartment is larger than average and very light and airy.

The two balconies - one with a built in brick bbq - offer ample space for alfresco dining, sunbathing or just watching the world go by. The kitchen is a good size and furnished with quality appliances and has everything you need for indoor or alfresco dining.

Why can't I call Brenda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brenda (the owner) a message.

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
