Very close to Olympia Exhibition Centre, Brook Green and Kensington. Famous Havelock Tavern gastropub in the next street. Heathrow just 25 mins. Central line offers easy access to everything. The apartment is a charming, well-appointed, two-bedroomed Victorian apartment in the 'village' of West London's Brook Green in Kensington Olympia. The apartment has high ceilings, is light and airy and is decorated and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, on the corner of Milson Road, one of the most desirable roads in the area, within easy reach of High Street Kensington.

This spacious apartment has a large living room and separate dining area with seating for up to six guests. There is a well equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish-washer, oven & hob, microwave and full cooking equipment. Gratton Road has two well-proportioned bedrooms, one with king size bed, made by the extremely comfy Loaf beds, the other with two single beds (which can be attached), and lots of storage space. There is a modern bathroom with travertine tiling and modern bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided

There is a Smart TV in the sitting room with all freeview channels, and an Amazon Firestick to connect to Netflix and Amazon etc. Also free Wi-Fi broadband access.

The property is cleaned before and after your arrival and Ana the housekeeper cleaner is available for additional cleaning if required, and there is also a washing machine/drying rack available. There is security intercom access from the street below.

There are a variety of local shops and pubs in Brook Green, and also a short walk away on High Street Kensington you will find a huge array of world class restaurants and big-name shops. The new mega-mall at Westfield (the biggest in Europe) with its extensive retail, restaurant, leisure and transport facilities is also within easy walking distance.

The area is one of the most desirable parts of West London, situated as it is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport (25 mins by car), the heart of super-smart Kensington & Chelsea, London's glorious nearby Holland and Hyde parks, the amazing new shopping centre at Westfield, numerous nearby tube stations and some of the best restaurants and gastro pubs in the capital.

The apartment has high ceilings, is light and airy and is decorated and equipped to a very high standard. The spacious apartment has a large living room and large seperate dining area with seating for up to eight guests. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven & grill, microwave oven and all other usual cooking equipment. It has two good sized bedrooms, one with king size double bed and the other two singles (which can be attached as a double if required) and plenty of storage space. Towels and bed linen are provided.There is a brand new beautiful bathroom with travertine tiling and very modern bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. There is a widescreen TV with all freeview channels, and DVD. Also a Bowers & Wilkens Mini Zeppelin docking station and full Wi-Fi broadband access. The property is cleaned weekly and there is also a washing machine available.

There is a Waitrose supermarket on Kensington High Street (4 mins drive), a Tesco superstore (3 mins drive) also, there is one of the most famous gastro pubs in London, The Havelock, about 200m walk away, and another well known pub close by too, there are shops and restaurants galore at the new Westfield mega shopping centre. High Street Kensington is famous for its eateries and drinkeries (we send our clients a detailed information sheet of all the local information they are likely to need).

Why can't I call Hugo (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hugo (the owner) a message.

If Hugo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
