From the owner

Live like a Londoner. The flat has its own entrance as originally it was a corner shop. The open plan living/dining/kitchen is at ground level with a decorative fireplace. The tall ceilings give a real sense of space. Four steps down to the two bedrooms, the shower room and the ensuite bathroom. Main bedroom has a king size bed (1.8m wide) that can be separated into two extra long single beds. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bathtub. It also has a bidet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed (1.5m wide).

The flat is 84 m2 (just over 900ft2)

The kitchen is fully stocked, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, Lavazza capsule coffee machine (some capsules in the welcome pack), toaster, kettle, food processor. All the equipment you should need to make some meals at home, if you want.

We have a Waitrose within 10 minute walk or 5 minutes to a Marks & Spencers, for those ready meals that always come out perfect.Outside the master bedroom there is a small patio for taking your morning coffee, or smoking.We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.

This is strictly a non-smoking property as well as no pets. We do allow smoking outside the master bedroom in the patio area.A cot and high chair are available free upon request. Property not really appropriate for children between 2 and 5 years old.

Small patio area outside the master bedroom. There is a small table with two chairs, so if the weather is nice in summer a nice place to have coffee. Maybe a space for a dressing drink.....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joel (the owner) a message.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
