A brand new accommodation, finished to a very high standard, now available.

Close to Central London with excellent travel links. Within a five minute walk of two underground stations and a mainline train station. 14 minutes by underground to Piccadilly Circus, 1 hour by train to Cambridge.

Completely self contained with own front door. Accommodation arranged over 3 floors, with a large double bedroom and a twin bedded room. Separate sitting/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. Truly a London base with all the comforts of home.

Situated in a great neighbourhood close to fantastic amenities. Many local restaurants and pubs to choose from, with vibrant Upper Street a 10 minute bus ride away. Arsenal stadium, a great draw for tourists and fans, is just 5 minutes walk away. There is an ecology park within a minute's walk and large areas of beautiful parkland in Finsbury Park just up the road.

*Stayed with my wife and two adult sons for a weekend in November and couldn't have been more pleased, Chris was an incredible accommodating host from our arrival until we left. The house looks small from the outside but every corner has been utilized to provide ample room for everyone . Everything you could wish for and more is provided from tea, coffee, milk and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The house was spotless and comfortable . location is perfect , with two tube stations within a couple of hundred yards , ideal for sightseeing , shopping our attending a game nearby at the Arsenal. The house has a fantastic heating system which was really needed as the weekend was our first taste of cold weather , rooms heated quickly and lots of hot water for 4 adult showers..Communication with Chris was excellent and as we were arriving early he met us and gave us a key and also allowed us to leave our bags on the day of departure to collect later on that evening . I would highly recommend staying here in this quirky corner house to anybody , well done to Chris for turning a small piece of North London into a really cosy and welcoming home away from home , will definitely be returning .

*Chris was the perfect host. He met us near the station and check in was smooth and easy even with our delayed flight. He is very friendly, helpful and communication was excellent. The place is immaculate. It has everything you could possibly need. It is lovely and quiet but with the train station, shops all within a few minutes walking distance. Fantasic location and easy to get around. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to stay if Chris will have us.

*My mum, sister and I had a fanstastic stay in this lovely house for two nights when I came down for my graduation. The place was spotless and so handy for Covent Garden, the city centre,Etc. So close to the tube too. Lovely area that felt safe at any hour. Nice touch was the bottle of prosseco left for us. Highly recommended. Xx

*The house on the corner is great. It is conveniently located, comfortable, clean and had everything a family of 4 could need. Chris is great and communication is easy. The tube is less than a block away and you are in central London within 10 minutes.

*This is a lovely, clean, fully equipped,self-contained unit very well located for transport, near two tube stations. We spent most of our time out and about with relatives and sightseeing. But if you wanted to chill out in the house it was very comfortable with TV etc. and excellent cooking facilities. Interesting shops and cafés close by also. There are two single beds and one double. Our host, Chris, was very pleasant and easy to deal, no fussing. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we require 4-person accommodation on future visits to London.

We designed the layout of the house with families in mind, so before we can take a booking may we ask for more details on the guests; if not a family then the ages and purpose of visit please - sorry to have to ask but we have had problems with young guests in the past (having said that we have also had lovely young people stay, but need to know in advance).

Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
