Ponticello Apartments si trova a Palermo, nella piazza SS. Quaranta Martiri al Casalotto.

Si tratta di un antico immobile della prima metà dell'Ottocento appena ristrutturato e adibito a case vacanza, nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo.

Il piano terra è composto da un ampio ingresso con ascensore e scala che conducono ai quattro piani superiori, dalla reception e da una zona accoglienza con atrio interno dove gli ospiti possono consultare guide turistiche e ricevere informazioni e mappe della città.

Gli appartamenti sono composti da un' ampia zona giorno con cucina e divano letto, da una camera da letto, da un servizio con doccia e da due balconi che si affacciano sulla piazza e su Vicolo Casa Professa. Alcuni appartamenti hanno anche una cucina abitabile.

Al quarto piano si accede, oltre che dalla porta di ingresso raggiungibile dalla scala principale, anche dall'ascensore con chiave dedicata, che si apre direttamente all'interno dell'abitazione. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a tre persone ed è composto da una zona giorno con cucina, da una camera con letto matrimoniale, da un bagno con doccia e da un meraviglioso terrazzo che regala la vista dei tetti della città, del bellissimo campanile di Palazzo Marchesi e delle splendide cupole delle chiese vicine come Casa Professa.

L'intero edificio ed i singoli appartamenti sono dotati di un sistema di allarme antintrusione e alle varie abitazioni si accede con badges che gli ospiti riceveranno al momento del check-in insieme alla chiave per l'attivazione e disattivazione del sistema antintrusione in modo da garantire sempre la massima sicurezza e privacy dei clienti.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Garlic (the owner) a message.

If Garlic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
