Il nostro accogliente appartamento si trova in un edificio storico del centro palermitano; ampio 70 metri quadrati, è al secondo piano (senza ascensore), ed è dotato di uno splendido salone con tetto affrescato, una camera da letto e un ingresso sulla cucina.
Ha uno splendido affaccio sulla via Maqueda, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo e da tutti gli altri importanti monumenti della città. Da qualche mese via Maqueda è a traffico limitato durante il giorno e nei festivi.
Si entra direttamente sulla cucina ben equipaggiata (cucina componibile dotata di frigo, forno e piano cottura); da qui si accede al disimpegno (da cui si accede a due bagni) che da, a destra, sulla camera da letto (con affaccio sulla via Maqueda), e a sinistra nel'ampio salone affrescato, anch'esso con doppio affaccio sulla via Maqueda. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha una pompa di calore (freddo/caldo); l'appartamento è dotato di impianto di riscaldamento e wi-fi.
Il quartiere è uno fra i più famosi e storici dell'intera città. Connotato dall'imponente presenza del Teatro Massimo, ha una grande varietà di stradine che si dipartono dalla via Maqueda e che lo collegano al resto del centro storico.
E' ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici. Dall'aeroporto si prende il pullmann che ha una fermata davanti al Teatro Politeama (5 minuti a piedi); possiamo anche prenotarvi il taxi ad un prezzo vantaggioso (35 euro complessivi).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maurizio (the owner) a message.

If Maurizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
