52 Clichy is gorgeous! There are no wide angled lens photos, the living space is large, comfortable & full of light. I have created a space where you immediately feel like you are at home. Ideal for families, friends sharing or a couple wanting twice as much space as you would normally get in a Paris apartment. Children are welcome.

There is a large, modern elevator to the entrance door to the apartment for those who have difficulty with stairs. The living space is large and there are lots of comfortable seating even if you are using one of the sofas as a bed. The dining area is for 4 and is separated from the living space. Whilst there is no TV there is very fast fibre optic free wifi so you can watch films or download to your heart's content.

The main bedroom can either be organised with twin beds or a super kingsize bed (2 metres x 2 metres) and there is masses of hanging and cupboard space. The main bathroom has a shower in the bath, WC and it is wheelchair friendly as there are grab bars around the toilet and bath plus a seat for the bath (see photo). A second toilet is opposite the kitchen at the entrance to the apartment.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped but with breakfast provided by me for you every morning you might only need it for lunch snacks! Pop across the road for the local shops, the bakery on the corner is Am-az-ing and I have a long list of excellent local restaurants for you. Breakfast will be provided at any time you choose. It is our time to chat, work out itineraries, make bookings etc and during your stay there is also almost always a wine moment or few, or tea (because I'm English).

Even in August the apartment is never too hot because it is on the top floor & all the ceilings are very high, the fans have worked well so far and you are overlooking private gardens, not concrete.

I am the only property listed in the Frommers guide to Paris, listed as their Best Value property and I have a 9.8/10 ranking on ***********

Staying here is relaxing, fun, comfortable, very good value for money and as I am English there are no language barriers, so no worries! Just pop upstairs to ask anything you wish, I am always available.

I love my neighbourhood, Montmartre with the Sacré Coeur church and its winding streets full of great restaurants, cool shops and bars 5 minutes walk to the North and the luxury shopping of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps and the Opéra House just 10 minutes down the hill. Just a few minutes more and you are in the Tuileries Gardens by the Louvre and wandering along the Seine.

Just where I am, however, is a little local oasis, set apart from all those tourist traps, traffic noise and bustle, here there is calm every evening. - it is unbelievable that you are in Central Paris!

Public transport, if you are not walking everywhere, is excellent. Several metro stations are within minutes walk (going places you want to go!) and the buses are even more frequent. St Lazare train station is just at the bottom of the hill (5 minutes walk) and from there you have direct trains to Versailles Chateau, Monet's Gardens at Giverny and this is also the train station you use to get to the Normandy landing beaches.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
