From the owner

Beach house located in the city center just a few meters from the beach and 5th Avenue. Adorned with a beautiful and large Ceiba is the sacred tree of the Mayas. It has a field to play with rackets and also serves to skate, play volleyball. Next to the terrace there is a small pond that has fish and turtles. The pool is a few steps from the main room making it a pleasant place to sit and talk and sunbathe in the privacy of the home place. The house is one story, well ventilated. As only has one bedroom, you can also rent the guest room has independence at the entrance and exit to the street. The terrace lends itself to outdoor meals with a rich rustic grill. It has two bicycles at the entrance of the house with which they can go for a walk and go to the beaches in the area, shopping centers and 5th Playacar joy and major restaurants and cafés. It has 3 kayaks and vests and visors to go snorkear. The house can bring your pet to enjoy your company. All you need you find supermarket 200 m. which is Chedrahui. When you want to visit other places in the area as Tulum, Akumal, pyramids, cenotes, etc, just walk 200 m. and you will find public transport for about 3 or 4 bucks take you. If you decide to rent a car or jeep, next to the house there are two very good lessors. If you want to take a yoga class you can go to Parque La Ceiba is 700 m. house. If you want to take a plane ride, only 300 m. It is the aeropista. If your group is more than 6 people, the house has an apartment for two on the second floor with all amenities.

The house is great and the garden is spectacular. Owners are very good. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. Grocery store is two blocks away. Good mexican restaurant near by.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gustavo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
