Charming sunny apartment available for rent in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. This is a great economical option that is clean and cozy. This is not a shared accommodation. There is one bedroom with a double bed that sleeps 2 and the bathroom. The living room area has a kitchenette and a double futon that sleeps 1. There is air conditioning and wireless internet. The apartment is in a single storey building In a local, safe neighbourhood in Colonia Centro. Located 10 minute walk from the beach. 2 blocks from Walmart, other supermarkets, and from public transportation. Close to both ADO stations and collective transports to destinations outside of Playa Del Carmen. There is a 24 hour corner store and a laundromat across the street. Steps away is Avenida 30 where you will find local restaurants and stores at local prices.

Cerca de ambas estaciones de ADO y de transporte publico para dentro y fuera de Playa del Carmen, frente a un OXXO, tiendas, lavanderia y excelentes restaurantes locales muy cercanos.

This is my second time at this accommodation. Love this place! Only 10 minute walk to beach and close to amenities. The apartments are so cute, and always clean.

Why can't I call Lesley (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley (the owner) a message.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
