Sale, is located in the city centre at only 600 m from the beach, with pier where you take the ferry to Cozumel. To go to the beach, house sales, you travel 5 blocks and arrive at a mall with shops of renowned brands, restaurants and cafes, raisins for the and find the Pier from where you can take the ferry to Cozumel which is only 20 minutes away and is a paradise of corals very attractive to snorkear. If you like walking and swimming can do it around where you'll see the skysurfing acrobats, tenants fishermen, volleyball players and some skydive out of the aeropista that is only 300 m. from the House. You can also walk towards the beach mommies, which is 800 metres away and that recognized worldwide by diskjey tournaments that are held in it.

Only 400 meters from the House you will find the start of the 5th Avenue that has an extension of 4 km and which is a parade of tourists walking on either side seeing all kinds of stores, restaurants, artists, and musicians without missing the famous Mariachis. Through this avenue 12th Street which has the most attractive clubs such as the "cocobongo".

Everything you need'll find you just a few steps of the Department: 200 metres away is the "Chedraui" supermarket 10 m is a rental car and 50 m a leaser of jeps. 700 m it is the bus terminal, 300 m you can take public transport which takes you to Cancun, Tulum Akumal and cenotes area. 300 m is the aeropista where you can take a plane to visit the place. A 600 m is the Park "la ceiba" where you can take a yoga class and buy organic products.

When you arrive in Cancun you can take the bus of ADO that will take you to the station in Playa del Carmen which is only 700 metres from the House, so you can walk or take a taxi and arrive in just a few minutes.

Something that you cannot miss is to visit Mayan communities in Pac chen and three kings who are in the Riviera Maya and can visit taking a tour of the region. In these communities the priests shamans make their rituals of blessing and healing with herbs, as well as their crafts and fabrics including hammocks, also prepare typical meals of the region you can enjoy listening to residents their maya language which is the language with which we communicate.

From the central car or through a tour, you can visit the pyramids of the region such as the pyramids of Coba, Muyil, and Tulum or stay away a little more and go to Merida where are Ekbalam and Chichén Itzá pyramids. You can also schedule visits to Holbox where nothing whale shark or Bacalar which is 7 colors lagoon or visit Holbox which is a world where nothing naturally with dolphins and turtles and where bird lovers can admire a natural ecosystem with unique species in the world.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Gustavo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
